  I don;'t know if that's what you mean by a "review" but I need help so desperately, I will try anything. My beloved and I were married May 16, 1999, in the Religious Science Church of Templeton. We did not tell Uncle Sam because I would have lost my Social Security from my first marriage, which was very painful, because he was an alcoholic. Jerry and I were 75 at the time. We have had eleven wonder ful years as he gradually weakened due to COPD. One morning he didn't want to get out of bed---at noon. I called his daughter and she called Hospice. A nurse came and sedated him and my life became a nightmare. I did all the hands on care of him for the next 4 months with only two short respites. During this time I discovered that the trusted "in law" who had taken over my husband's check book, had tricked me into signing a check for $8000, With the help of our bank we got the money back. I had a nervous breakdown and had to put him in Country Oaks Wrote a check for $4900 for his first month. Was told to call Medical. Was too ill myself to keep track of everything, but' after two weeks rest, I planned to bring him home. My husband put a freeze on his check book, altho my name was on it.Next. the bank said the account had been moved. My income is $1164 SS. I cannot pay the bills ihere. I am still too ill to put my house back together. I've changed the locks on my doors but my Security Alarm doesn't work and won't until ADT comes to fix it in another week. I had the locks changed on my doors. I HAVE NO FAMILY TO HELP ME. THREE FRIENDS HERE IN THE PARK ARE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN. s. The "bookkeeper " has a key I can pay the rent for the next month but then???? Isn't there something illegal about what they've done? I own half this house, but they are trying to force me out of it, by filling my husband's sick mind with lies so that he says cruel unkind things to me. I NEED A LAWYER BUT I CAN'T AFFORD ONE. JERRY AND I BOTH BOUGHT LIVING WILLS, HOPING TO AVOID SUCH A SITUATION, BUT SO FAR IT HASN'T WORKEDL IT DOES SAY THAT IF I WANT TO MOVE I CAN SELL AND TAKE ALL THE PROCEEDS TO RELOCATE. I AM NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO DO THAT.. REAL ESTATE HAS DECLINED TO HALF WHAT WE PAID FOR IT. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME? MY PHONE NO. IS 922--0574. SC
